New for Summer 2008, we are proud to present our seventh apartment: The Doreen Holiday Suite. Finished to a high specification, our new contemporary furnished two bedroom luxury holiday suite will sleep between 2-5/7 people. It is located at the front of the building on the second floor and boasts a view of the Blackpool Tower and partial sea-view. See below for full details below .

In addition to the Doreen Holiday Suite, Empress Select Holiday Flats consists of 6 fully self contained flats, furnished to a high standard. Cleanliness is guaranteed, and the resident proprietors, Lynn & Ian Woolston are on hand to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Flat 1	Flat 1 is fully open plan and consists of front bedroom with double divan and adjoining lounge with double leather sofa bed and single foldable Z-bed. A 32" LCD HD TV and HD DVD player are provided The kitchen area has a full size cooker, fridge, & Microwave. This flat has its own Shower room with wc, washbasin and shower. Flat 2	Flat 2 consists of a lounge with double divan bed, Colour LCD TV and DVD Player. This flat has a seperate open plan Kitchen, with full size cooker, a fridge & microwave. The flat has its own shower room with WC, washbasin and shower. Location: Ground Floor, Rear.	2 people	View
Flat 3	Flat 3 is fully open plan comprising of a bedroom with double divan, with own washbasin. The adjoining lounge is furnished with double sofa bed, colour tv and dvd player. Studio 4	Studio 4 is a one room flatlet with Kitchen area, with full size cooker, fridge & microwave. The studio has a double divan bed, washbasin, own private toilet and shower. Colour TV and DVD player provided. Location: First Floor, Side.	1 - 2 people	View
Flat 5	Flat 5 consists of a lounge with double divan bed. Colour TV and DVD player. A separate Kitchen with full size cooker, fridge & microwave. Separate showeroom with wc, washbasin & shower. Location: First Floor, Rear	2 people	View
Flat 6	Flat 6 contains a lounge with double divan bed and bunk beds. A colour TV & DVD player is provided. The flat features a separate dining kitchen with full size cooker, fridge & microwave. Own shower room with wc, washbasin and shower. Location: Second Floor, Rear	2 - 4 people	View
Suite 7	The Doreen Holiday Suite The Doreen Holiday Suite offers luxury holiday accommodation, finished to a high specification with contemporary furnishings and fittings. The two bedroom suite will sleep 2 to 5 people, but can sleep upto 7. The suite consists of an entrance hall, open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The open plan lounge features two luxury leather suites (one is a double sofa bed), 32" colour LCD HD TV with Freeview and HD DVD player, dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, integrated fridge and all utensils etc. The first bedroom has a double bed, colour LCD TV with Freeview, Wardrobe and hairdryer. The bedroom provides a Tower view. The second bedroom has bunk-beds and a single bed, colour LCD TV with Freeview, Wardrobe and hairdryer. The shower room has a luxury chrome double shower unit, WC, His and Hers washbasin and double vanity unit. The shower room also features a shaver point and curved chrome heated towel rail. All bed linen is provided. Electricity is included in the tariff, there are no meters in the holiday suite. Iron and ironing board are supplied. Strictly no pets or smoking in the holiday suite. The Doreen Holiday Suite is available to book for 7 or 14 nights in season. 3&4 night breaks are available during Illiminations (except October half-term - weekly bookings only) and short breaks may be possible out of season. All our flats/studios have the following:
Table and Chairs, Sofa. fully equipped kitchens include all utensils. All bedding is supplied (personal towels are not supplied). A welcome tray is available in every flat containing tea/coffee/milk/sugar to get you started.

WiFi internet now availble to all guests.

Bookings:
Our flats and studios can be booked for full weeks, 4 day and 3 day short breaks. Please see our accomodation tariff for details. Bookings are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.
